Welcome to the Reltime Non-Custodian Wallet ("Application"). This Application is provided by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", or "our") solely for Business-to-Business-to-Customer (B2B2C) partners for testing purposes. This Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. This license is non-transferable and is exclusively for testing purposes as part of our B2B2C partnership program.

You must use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to laws related to privacy, data protection, and financial regulations.

As a tester of the Application, you may have access to sensitive or personal data. You must ensure that such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

The Application and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Reltime AS, Lilleakerveien 2C, 0283 Oslo, Norway.

The Application is provided for testing purposes "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied.

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Reltime AS be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Norway where Reltime AS is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
